Hotshot has released their long awaited Generation 6 SR20 header. The header performs fantastically, attaining the seemingly imposable goal of generating more power across the entire rev range of the engine. The header makes 6-9 more hp than the older Generation 5 header across the entire useable powerband of the engine.

The new header features a 4-1 design with variable diameter, large, Tri-Step TM primary runners. The runners feed into a paired merged collector, part of the secret of the designs wide powerband with excellent top end.

The Generation 6 was designed to be a race only header and is tuned for engines running other than stock camshafts. EGR sensor can be added but AIV emissions equipment fitting is not provided although there is a bung for the O2 sensor. A 3" exhaust is strongly recommended with the header and is not too large. The Generation 6 header will fit SR20VE and DE engines with a perfect port match for the VE motor. The header is constructed of tig welded 304 stainless or ceramic-coated mild steel.
To purchase a Generation 6 header contact Hotshot for details. A special limited edition model of the Gen 6 will be available for a short period of time.
