NOTE: BEFORE TOUCHING YOUR CAR, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURES

(1) Head gasket
(1) O2 fitting
(1) Set of relocation cables

Basic installation instructions

1. First: unplug your battery cables.
2. Jack up the car and place jack stands underneath.
3. Move the alternator to get to the stock manifold.
4. BEFORE removing the stock manifold unplug O2 sensors.
5. Once O2 sensors are unplugged start to loosen the bolts on the stock manifold.
6. After removing the stock manifold you’ll be ready to place the Hotshot header into position. The header simply drops into place.
7. Once the header is in position start to place bolts and nuts into place.

8. Once all bolts and nuts are in place, tighten them up
9. Plug O2 sensors into header after bolts are tightened and place the alternator in its correct position.
10. Remove jack stands, reconnect your battery, start your car and let it reach normal operating temperature.
11. Turn car off and check for loosened bolts.

To avoid getting a check engine light:
To avoid getting a check engine light, you will need to re-route the bottom O2 sensor to read after the second cat ( the one under the car.) You will need to have the included 18mm o2 fitting welded on after the second cat by a muffler shop or a competent welder, and you will also have to extend the wires of the O2 sensor to reach the new fitting.
