What is covered:
All Hotshot Peformance products are covered against any manufacturing defect for the prediod of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Aesthetic details are not considered manufacturing defects unless it affects the intended function of the product. Only unused merchandise will be accepted for return with a 20% re-stocking fee.

What we will do:
We will, at our sole discretion, repair any defective product within the warranty time. If the product cannot be repaired we will replace it.

What we can do:
In the event a product is found to be damaged from extended use or even misuse, we will, at our sole discretion, repair any product at a substantially discounted rate. If the product cannot be repaired we will replace it at a prorated fee calculated from original purchase date for no less than 50% of current retail price. 

What we will not do:
Pay any shipping or transportation charges from you to us. Will not pay any mechanical expenses.

What you must do:
Fill out and return the warranty card provided with the product. All warranty decisions are based on our records of proof of purchase. Return product with proof of purchase from to the original authorized dealer.

Legal details:
All Hotshot Performance, Inc. products are warranted to be free from defects in manufacture and workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase. Warranty is limited to repair or replacement at Hotshot Performance's discretion. Coating is not covered under warranty. Except for its obligation to repair or replace items as set forth above, Hotshot Performance gives no other warranty, express or implied in connection with the sale or use of items, included but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a  particular purpose. In no event shall Hotshot Performance, Inc. be liable for and consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages of any kind whatsoever in connection with this warranty agreement. In no event shall Hotshot Performance, Inc. be liable for any damages of any kind in connection with the sale or use of Hotshot items in the amount greater than the amount of the purchase price received by Hotshot Performance, Inc. for such items.

All claims must be presented to Hotshot Performance, Inc. with a valid proof of purchase by end user. If purchase was made through a local dealer, the original purchaser must handle all warranty claims. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. 

All products installed incorrectly, including but not limited to failure to follow installation directions or installation on an other than intended application, will not be covered under any warranties and will not be accepted as a return.  Warranty will not be honored for damage or malfunction due to improper installation, misuse, unauthorized repair or alterations. This includes header wraps. No returns will be accepted 30 days after shipment date. Closeouts, custom made and discontinued items will not be accepted for returns.


All Hotshot Performance, Inc. products are intended for off-road use only, unless otherwise specifically noted.
